Cozy Unit near Scotiabank/MTCC/Rogers Centre/Water

Awful experience. Avoid staying in this flat ! Positive: The location was ok but the rest of the experience was so terrible I really don't recommend this place. It was dirty, old and customer service was awful. Negative: The apartment was so dirty I was smelling bad when I arrived. I asked the property manager to come and clean, I sent some photos and they did not care at all. They lied everyday insuring they were going to send someone to clean which they never. At the end of my stay, I received an email asking for a good grade even if I have been complaining the whole time about how dirty it was. Finally, I think someone came into the flat during my stay as there was the whole in the wall when I came home 1 night. Not only the place was a complete mess but I was not feeling safe. Please remove this apartment from booking.

My stay was great. I will Positive: Pictures matched the space. Friendly staff. Safe area. Convenient area with grocery and food around.

Suite in disrepair. Follow through on commitments to remedy deficiencies non existent. Positive: Great location Negative: Warped floor boards. Sliding door to the balcony was virtually unmovable. It was clearly in need of service or repair. Our booking for 3 adults was provided with 2 bath towels and two hand towels only. When we enquired we were told we would receive additional towel “promptly”. They never came. Also, there were no sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed. When we enquired we were told we would also receive them promptly. We never received those either. I believe we should be receiving a partial refund for the lack of adequate towels and linens “promptly”.

Sehr komfortable, zentrale Wohnung Positive: Die sehr zentrale Lage direkt zwischen Union Station und CN Tower war super. Auch die Fähren zu Toronto Island sind fußläufig gewesen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auch in der Küche war quasi alles vorhanden, inkl. Wasserfilter. Negative: Einer der drei Fahrstühle war kaputt, weshalb es manchmal sehr lange gedauert hat, bis man aus dem 36. Stock am Vormittag nach unten fahren konnte oder zu bestimmten Zeiten wieder zurück in die Unterkunft wollte.
