I would de platform these users immediately, after there behaviour I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I went thro
Positive: This was the worst booking I’ve ever had in my entire life, I got there and there was a big set of stairs that were practically death traps, with elderly parents definitely a no go.
Negative: The place was disgusting, dirty, had insects everywhere. Completely catfished. I walked in and left immediately and they had no empathy for anything of the sort, absolutely horrific hosts for a horrific apartment
